After twenty five years in the business world, and extensive travel throughout North America, Stan decided to settle down for good, and chose Oakville as his home.
"I can tell you a hundred reasons why one place or another might be better to live, but Oakville feels like home. I think it’s the absolute best all around location, benefiting from being just minutes from Canada's largest city, yet Oakville has a small town, community feel. Oakville has a distinct flavor of its own, and I am definitely one of its biggest fans!"
Stan's business career is diverse, starting out in the transportation industry, helping build one of the premier transport brokerages in Ontario. Using his many experiences, he launched a management consulting company, and after a decade in that role, he has been involved with "just about every business situation possible". "Challenge is what motivates me, it’s what drives me, and I have always strived to negotiate and emerge with the best possible outcome for my clients."
Stan enjoyed a few years living in California and pursuing one of his lifelong interests as an automotive broker in the exotic and luxury car market. Many associates were surprised to see him make the move back to the frozen north. "I have heard that I am crazy to leave sunny California, but I can’t deny that I am Canadian, and Oakville, well, it just feels like home."
Experienced in buying and selling residential and commercial properties since 1981, Stan feels he can use his extensive knowledge and common sense skills to help people buy and sell their homes, with all the information and pertinent facts needed to make their decision as an informed, confident buyer or seller.
"I prefer to think I am in the people business, and building trust and understanding is the (pardon the pun) foundation of any real estate transaction"
